Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days of being placed.

During launches, sales, holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where a tracked service has been selected.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee changes to an address once an order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

Free delivery on all UK orders over £200 via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, will be processed from the next working day. Orders placed after 3:30pm, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
